Are you curious about startups, technology, and venture capital? We’re looking for a Helsinki-based intern to join our investment team. While the fund is headquartered in Copenhagen, this role is focused on being active in the Finnish ecosystem and supporting our work with founders in Finland and across the Nordics.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll get real exposure to venture investing and the startup ecosystem.

What you’ll be working on

Sourcing and screening early-stage startups across the Nordics, with a strong focus on Finland
Analyzing business models, markets, and competitive landscapes
Supporting investment cases with research and financial analysis
Actively engaging with founders, events, and networks in the Helsinki ecosystem
Staying updated on tech trends and new tools
Joining founder meetings and contributing to investment discussions

We think you’ll thrive if you

Are interested in startups, tech, and innovation
Take ownership, work proactively, and enjoy figuring things out
Are curious, analytical, and structured in your work
Are comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and AI/LLMs
Are in the third year of your bachelor’s or early in your master’s studies
Are based in Helsinki and can work part- or full-time during the internship
Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
