At Scale Capital, we partner with ambitious founders building category-defining companies, and we’re now looking for an Oslo-based student to join our investment team.

You’ll spend your time understanding founders, markets, and technologies — forming your own perspectives and helping identify the companies that will define the next decade of technology in the Nordics. While our fund is headquartered in Copenhagen, this role is focused on being deeply embedded in the Norwegian ecosystem — building relationships, spotting emerging talent, and contributing to how we find and back the most promising startups across Norway and the Nordics.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real exposure to venture investing, work closely with our team, and play an active role in identifying and evaluating future market leaders.

Where you’ll drive impact

Sourcing and screening early-stage startups across the Nordics, with a strong focus on Norway
Analyzing business models, markets, and competitive landscapes
Supporting investment cases with research and financial analysis
Actively engaging with founders, events, and networks in the Oslo ecosystem
Staying updated on tech trends and new tools
Joining founder meetings and contributing to investment discussions

We’re looking for someone who

Has a genuine interest in venture capital, startups, and technology
Is proactive, persistent, and follows through without being managed
Is curious, analytical, and structured in your work
Is in the final stage of a bachelor’s or early in a master’s programs
Is based in Oslo and can work 15–20 hours per week
Communicates clearly in English, both written and spoken
Is native or fluent in Norwegian
